Seeking a dedicated Human Service Professional to provide trauma-informed, recovery-focused services to individuals experiencing mental health challenges, homelessness, or involvement with the criminal justice system. This role involves delivering crisis support, case management, and resource navigation in various settings such as community locations, shelters, jails, offices, and schools, either in person or via digital platforms.
Key responsibilities include assisting with Medicaid, FoodShare, Social Security, housing, employment, medication management, and education applications .
