- Job Summary: Assist Human Service workers (1-4) with applications including interviewing customers face-to-face or by telephone, screening customers for Programs and performing non-eligibility system changes.
- Responsibilities
- Utilizing DSS computer systems to obtain and enter customer information.
- Communicate with customers (written and verbal)
- Pre-screen customers for eligibility.
- Request and Review document from customers.
- Prepare Case files for eligibility determination.
