Supporting the Preservation of the Force and Family (POTFF) program, the full-time Human Resources Support Specialist will coordinate human performance and family support services for Special Operations Forces personnel and their families while working remotely. Key responsibilities Coordinate, implement, and oversee human performance services to support the readiness and resilience of SOF personnel Develop and distribute training materials, and promote interdisciplinary collaboration among various support professionals Collect, analyze, and report performance data to leadership, ensuring effective communication and documentation Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of related professional experience or equivalent combination of education and experience Master's degree in exercise science, health science, physical education, or a related field preferred Minimum of five years of experience in planning and coordinating performance programs in military or SOF environments Current professional certification in an applicable discipline, such as Certified Athletic Trainer or Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist Working knowledge of strength and conditioning, performance nutrition, and team dynamics
