Join our team and you'll be able to develop your skills, grow your career, build relationships with your peers and patients, and help us be a source of hope for our friends and neighbors.UC Health is an EEO employer.The purpose of this position is to provide administrative and clerical support to the human resource department and other related services as assigned.ResponsibilitiesHR Division SupportMaintain and scans department filesOrder department supplies and ensures area is stocked appropriatelyManage loan forgiveness, subpoenas, daily mail, unemployment requests & trackingAssist employees in policy and procedure interpretationServe as a positive role model in representing the HR department & UC Health's PRIIDE Core Values, policies, and proceduresTakes the initiative in identifying & facilitating the resolution of employee requests through research, communication & cooperation w/internal & external personnel.Attends weekly department meetings/huddles & periodically committee meetings.Process union(s) dues to payroll.Review and distribute monthly reports to the Union(s) and Labor Relations.AMP Tracer file review.Conduct exit interviews.Talent Acquisition and OnboardingAssist applicants with the electronic application.Adhere to Joint Commission requirements and assists in survey preparation and activities.
