To support the development of AI training environments, the part-time remote Human Resources Domain Specialist will evaluate simulated HR workflows and provide actionable feedback based on real-world HR practices. Key Responsibilities Review simulated HR environments, data, tools, and workflows for realism and completeness Assess and identify inaccuracies in HR processes and recommend improvements Participate in onboarding and calibration sessions to provide feedback on project deliverables Required Qualifications Approximately 3-7 years of hands-on experience in Human Resources or a related function Practical experience in areas such as Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, or HR Operations Strong understanding of HR workflows, stakeholders, and business processes Experience with HR systems and reporting tools commonly used by HR teams Ability to critically evaluate processes and provide detailed, actionable feedback
