HR GeneralistThe HR Generalist will support all human resources functions for a manufacturing site of ~150 hourly employees. This role is a hands-on partner to plant leadership, focused on employee relations, recruiting, compliance, and day-to-day workforce support.Key Responsibilities:Serve as primary HR contact for employee relations, investigations, and performance issuesPartner with supervisors on attendance, discipline, and workforce managementManage full-cycle recruiting for hourly rolesLead onboarding and new hire orientationSupport performance management and corrective action processesEnsure compliance with labor laws and company policiesMaintain HR records and HRIS dataAssist with benefits, timekeeping, and wage/hour practicesPartner with leadership to promote safety, engagement, and a positive cultureQualifications:3–5+ years of HR generalist experience, ideally in manufacturing or similar environmentExperience supporting hourly/blue-collar workforceStrong knowledge of employment laws and employee relationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceHR certification or bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
