Job Title : HR Recruiter
Location : Elyria, OH 44035
Duration : 6 Months
Shift : 1st Shift (7:30 am to 4:00 pm with a 30 minute lunch)
Pay Rate : $25/HR On W2 (No Benefits)
Responsibilities:
Create job requisitions using Parker’s internal system
Review resumes and send to hiring team leaders
Schedule panel interviews
Active participant in panel interviews
Coordinate with HR Generalist and/or HR Manager for offers
Deliver offer to candidates via Adobe Sign
Coordinate background checks and drug screen
Track status of open requisitions and present to HR Generalist and/or HR Team Leader
Create New Hire Orientation binders
Experience/Knowledge:
Has full cycle recruiting experience for hourly roles (assemblers, machinists, stock room, shipping, inspection)
May also have experience hiring supply chain, quality, engineering and team leaders
Familiarity with manufacturing environment: multiple shifts, overtime, attendance, safety expectations. Experience posting positions using internally as well as job sites
Meticulous detail orientation

Sounds judgment – evaluates qualifications objectively
Relationship builder: earns trust quickly, maintains credibility and is dependable
