In this role, you will help ensure positions are appropriately classified, compensation structures remain competitive, and departments receive strong guidance on job design, pay practices, and organizational structure.This is a strong opportunity for an HR professional with classification and compensation experience who enjoys analytical work, consultation, and making a meaningful impact across a large public sector organization.As a Human Resources Specialist, you will independently perform administrative, technical, and analytical work in support of the County's classification and compensation programs.
