Job title: Human Resources Operations Specialist

Location: Remote

Rate: $35/hour on W2

Key Responsibilities:

Case Management

• Serve as the main point of contact for employees using the education assistance program.
• Track and manage cases from submission through completion.
• Respond to employee inquiries with clarity and efficiency.

Reimbursement Processing

• Review and verify tuition and fee reimbursement documents.
• Ensure all reimbursements meet program policies and eligibility criteria.
• Coordinate with finance and payroll for accurate and timely payments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations, employee benefits, or program administration.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ServiceNow or similar case management systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with payroll and education reimbursement policies is advantageous.
