Qualifications
- 4+ years generalist HR background with experience across all core HR functions
- Must be SME with benefits and 401K
- Experience within a highly acquisitory company preferred
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employee relations
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Comfortable working independently while partnering cross-functionally
