This role covers all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruiting and onboarding through performance management and offboarding, while ensuring compliance with applicable employment law and the company's quality management system requirements.This role requires someone who can operate with a high degree of autonomy, exercise sound judgment, and consistently make decisions that are in the best interest of the company. The HR Manager will work closely with the President and department managers to support a workforce that is productive, engaged, and aligned with ClearPath's values and operational goals.Full-time is preferred given the breadth of work involved in building HR from the ground up. A PHR or SHRM-CP certification, prior experience in a regulated (ISO/FDA) environment, and a track record of building HR infrastructure from scratch would support offers at or above the midpoint.
