Human Resources ManagerThe Human Resources Manager owns and continuously improves Frontier's human resources function, including employee relations, recruiting, compliance, performance management, and HR operations. Reporting to the Chief Administration Officer, this role partners closely with leadership to ensure HR practices are efficient, compliant, and aligned with Frontier's values and business objectives. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Sheridan, Wyoming.
