If you enjoy variety, thrive in environments where no two days look the same, and take pride in making a workplace function well for the people in it, this role is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the single point of contact for all HR matters across a manufacturing workforce of approximately 125 employeesConduct a comprehensive review and remediation of existing HR documentation, compliance records, and regulatory filings as a first-priority initiativeManage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, including coordination with external agencies and management of work authorization and visa-related requirementsAdminister and oversee all payroll functions, bonus calculations, and compensation plans — ensuring accuracy across weekly, monthly, and annual pay cyclesMaintain full OSHA compliance, including incident reporting, safety training, on-site safety meetings, and regulatory certificationsManage all aspects of employee benefits administration, including the company's retirement savings planComplete government compliance reporting, maintain and update the employee handbook, and ensure adherence to all applicable employment lawsHandle employee relations matters — including conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and sensitive interpersonal issues — with professionalism and sound judgmentMaintain accurate employee records, job descriptions, performance reviews, and department documentationPartner with management on workforce development, training initiatives, and employee engagementServe as Training Process Owner within the company's quality management system (ISO/FDA framework)Participate in annual inventory and support operational projects as required
