Manager of Human ResourcesThe Manager of Human Resources will ensure that all SERVPRO employees are supported in the fulfillment of their company obligations and career goals. The HR Manager will be a member of the senior leadership team and is expected to contribute to all aspects of the business by providing leadership with strategic thinking around HR and Human Capital Management. This role will serve as the primary subject matter expert in all things related to employees and the employee experience and will be responsible for all recruiting functions and new hire onboarding for all office locations.Benefits include 401(k) matching, dental insurance, health insurance, and vision insurance.Primary responsibilities include ensuring and maintaining compliant employment files and records accuracy, managing and solving complex employee relations issues, identifying HR trends that could affect organizational objectives and/or operational goals, interpreting appropriate laws and policies and advising management and franchise employees, keeping an accurate commission spreadsheet and commissions calculations, overseeing W-2 with reconciliation and year-end processing, answering employee payroll, benefits, and basic HR questions, managing HR administrative support to senior leadership and franchise employees, fulfilling all hiring needs through a comprehensive and robust recruiting program including participating in career fairs, providing day-to-day performance management guidance, contributing to 90-day and annual reviews with all franchise employees, tracking and administering the FMLA program and leave according to company policy, overseeing payroll accuracy including timecards, labor allocations, and wage garnishments, calculating and processing per diem, travel pay, and travel pay overtime as necessary, working with accounting on any payroll related issues, planning, directing, and supervising all activities relating to the administration and maintenance of payroll, developing, implementing, and managing benefits programs in a manner that ensures cost effectiveness, market competitiveness, and internal equity among employees, and performing other job duties as assigned.Human Resource Manager special projects include re-evaluating the performance incentive program, implementing an employee mentorship program, developing video training material for employee and vendor onboarding, and enhancing recruiting processes for employees and subcontractors.Compensation: $60,000.00 - $700,000.00 per year.
