Salary: $70,000–$80,000 annually
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, interviews, hiring, and onboarding.
- Develop employee engagement, retention, and wellness initiatives.
- Oversee employee relations, performance reviews, and HR policies.
- Manage benefits, leave administration, workers’ compensation, and compliance.
- Maintain employee records and support seasonal staffing needs.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of HR experience.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification required.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, recruiting, and performance management.
