We're Looking For:
3+ years of HR Generalist/HR Management experience
Recruiting, onboarding, talent management, and performance management experience
SHRM-CP or PHR certification (required)
Bachelor's degree (required)
Strong knowledge of HR laws, compliance, and best practices
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
