💰 Salary: $70,000–$80,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, interviews, hiring, and onboarding.
• Develop employee engagement, retention, and wellness initiatives.
• Oversee employee relations, performance reviews, and HR policies.
• Manage benefits, leave administration, workers’ compensation, and compliance.
• Maintain employee records and support seasonal staffing needs.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of HR experience.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification required.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, recruiting, and performance management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.

ADP and scheduling experience are a plus.
