Human Resources Manager

Our client located in Mesa, AZ is seeking an Human Resources Manager to join their team!

Responsibilities:

• Manage HR KPI objectives and provide development and guidance to HR staff
• Ability to coach leadership, drive talent development and engage employees
• Management of all employee relation issues and investigations
• Manage safety initiatives, policies and procedures
• Oversee HR metrics, reporting and HR budgets
• Administer HR programs including compensation, benefits and performance management programs

Qualifications:

• Auto manufacturing experience is a huge plus, manufacturing experience is a must.
• Bachelor’s degree required, with 10+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Previous experience in a multicultural environment a must

This role is onsite daily
