This role operates as a trusted advisor with an earned seat at the leadership table, influencing decisions through data, insight, and strong business acumen. In this role, you will be responsible for aligning Talent strategies to business goals, coaching senior leaders, and ensuring compliance while fostering a high-performing, inclusive culture.You'll be disruptive through these duties and responsibilities:Strategic Business PartnershipPartner with senior leadership to develop and execute Talent strategies aligned to short- and long-term business objectivesServe as a trusted advisor and influencer, providing guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership effectivenessTranslate business needs into actionable Talent solutions, driving measurable impactLead and influence change management initiatives across the organizationData Analytics & InsightsLeverage workforce data (turnover, engagement, performance, succession, etc.) to identify trends and root causesDevelop and deliver executive-level presentations and insights that inform decision-makingUse analytics to proactively shape talent strategy, retention plans, and organizational healthDrive accountability through metrics, scorecards, and ongoing business reviewsEmployee Relations & Legal CompliancePartner with local Employee Relations Team and leaders to navigate employee relations matters, providing clear guidance, coaching, and risk-based recommendations aligned with company policy and legal standardsServe as a trusted advisor, ensuring consistent application of policies, practices, and documentation across the organizationSupport resolution of employee concerns through consultation, influence, and partnership with leadership while maintaining fairness, consistency, and objectivitySupport, or in some cases lead, employee investigations based on complexity and risk, ensuring thorough documentation, fact-based decision-making, and alignment with legal and compliance standardsDrive leader accountability for proper documentation, consistency in decision-making, and adherence to policyEnsure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies;
