Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage employee relations, investigations, corrective actions, and performance issues.
• Coach managers on HR policies, performance management, and employee development.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, retention, and workforce planning.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Manage HR documentation, reporting, and HRIS updates.
• Support employee engagement and other HR initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of HR Generalist or HR Business Partner experience.
• Manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Strong employee relations and manager coaching experience.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Aerospace, defense, or regulated manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or HR certification preferred.
