Plant Human Resources ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Plant Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations for a growing manufacturing facility in Little Rock, Arkansas.In this highly visible role, you will partner with plant leadership, support hourly and salaried employees, and develop practical HR strategies that improve staffing, engagement, retention, performance, and productivity.This opportunity is ideal for an HR leader who understands the demands of a fast-paced, multi-shift manufacturing environment and enjoys being present on the production floor.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all plant-level HR functions for hourly and salaried employeesDevelop workforce plans aligned with production and staffing needsPartner with operations leaders to improve engagement, retention, morale, and performanceManage employee relations, investigations, coaching, conflict resolution, and corrective actionSupport attendance management and shift-based workforce schedulingOversee recruiting, onboarding, orientation, and employee developmentEnsure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practicesSupport training, leadership development, succession planning, and career growthMaintain HR metrics, workforce reporting, and analytics through SAP or another HRISLead continuous-improvement initiatives that strengthen culture and operational excellenceMaintain a visible presence across multiple production shiftsQualificationsBachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field7–10 years of progressive HR experienceAt least 3 years supporting a manufacturing, production, industrial, or plant environmentExperience working with hourly employees and multi-shift operationsStrong knowledge of employee relations, workforce planning, attendance management, performance management, training, and employment-law complianceExperience with SAP or another enterprise HRIS platformStrong analytical, reporting, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skillsPreferred Industry ExperienceCandidates from high-volume manufacturing environments are encouraged to apply, including:Food and beverage, consumer products, packaging, automotive, chemicals, metals, plastics, building products, and industrial manufacturing.Why Little Rock?Little Rock offers an attractive combination of career opportunity and quality of life, including:Affordable cost of livingShort commute timesExcellent neighborhoods and schoolsA growing manufacturing and business communityParks, rivers, hiking trails, and easy access to the OzarksA vibrant downtown dining, entertainment, and cultural sceneRelocation candidates are welcome.
