Lake Zurich, IL (Onsite)
Our client, a growing manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to partner closely with leadership and drive key people initiatives across the organization.
What You'll Do
- Lead performance management and talent development programs
- Partner with leaders on employee relations, investigations, and workforce planning
- Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives
- Oversee onboarding and learning & development programs
- Support succession planning and organizational effectiveness
- Utilize HR metrics and reporting to guide business decisions
- Manage and develop one direct report
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience
- Strong employee relations and performance management background
- Experience partnering with leadership teams
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
Compensation
$95,000-$100,000 base salary + 10% annual bonus
