HR Manager

📍 Lake Zurich, IL (Onsite)

Our client, a growing manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to partner closely with leadership and drive key people initiatives across the organization.

What You'll Do

• Lead performance management and talent development programs
• Partner with leaders on employee relations, investigations, and workforce planning
• Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives
• Oversee onboarding and learning & development programs
• Support succession planning and organizational effectiveness
• Utilize HR metrics and reporting to guide business decisions
• Manage and develop one direct report

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience
• Strong employee relations and performance management background
• Experience partnering with leadership teams
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Compensation

$95,000-$100,000 base salary + 10% annual bonus
