The Human Resources Manager is a key member of the site leadership team, responsible for driving people strategy and HR excellence across a multi-site manufacturing footprint. Supporting both the Beaumont, TX facility and a secondary site in Pineville, LA, this role plays a critical part in aligning business objectives with talent, culture, and organizational effectiveness.

This position operates at both a strategic and hands-on level, partnering closely with plant and business leaders to enhance workforce performance, lead change initiatives, and foster a positive employee experience. You will oversee the full employee lifecycle while ensuring consistent, compliant, and impactful HR processes across sites.Key ResponsibilitiesHR Business Partnership & LeadershipServe as a trusted advisor and active member of site leadership teamsPartner with leaders to define and execute site-level HR strategy aligned with business goalsLead workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development initiativesProvide coaching and guidance on leadership effectiveness, team performance, and employee engagementSupport consistent HR practices and employee experience across multiple sitesTalent Management & Employee ExperienceLead the full employee lifecycle including recruiting, onboarding, development, performance, and retentionFoster a high-performance, inclusive, and engaging workplace culturePartner with leaders to identify and develop high-potential talentDrive employee engagement initiatives and action planningHR Operations & Process ExcellenceImplement and manage core HR processes including performance management, talent reviews, and compensation practicesEnsure accuracy of HR data and effective use of HR systemsPartner with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver best-in-class programs and solutionsLeverage HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and track performanceEmployee Relations & ComplianceProvide expert guidance on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and corrective actionConduct investigations and partner with legal resources when appropriateEnsure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulationsPromote a fair, respectful, and legally compliant workplace environmentTeam Leadership & DevelopmentLead, coach, and develop a small HR and training teamFoster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvementPromote professional growth and capability building within the teamExperience & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required. Master's degree or HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, etc.) preferred 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partnering 2+ years of experience in an HR leadership or management role Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred Strong knowledge of employee relations, talent management, and HR processes Demonstrated ability to influence, coach, and build relationships at all levels of an organization Strong analytical skills with experience using HR metrics and data to drive decisions Ability to work effectively in a matrixed and multi-site environment Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Experience with HR systems (SAP, SuccessFactors, or similar) preferredAdditional DetailsTravel: Up to 20% to support secondary site and business needs Work Environment: Manufacturing setting supporting plant operations
