Compensation: $105,000 annually DOE + 5–10% bonus potential
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Serve as the primary HR resource for plant employees and leadership.
- Manage employee relations, workplace concerns, and policy interpretation.
- Lead onboarding and support a positive new-hire experience.
- Partner with plant leaders on workforce planning and operational needs.
- Maintain employee records, performance reviews, and HRIS data.
- Coordinate with payroll and corporate HR teams.
- Identify workforce trends and recommend practical improvements.
What You’ll Need to Be Considered:
- 5+ years of HR experience.
- Strong people management experience.
- Experience with HRIS platforms; UKG experience preferred.
- Manufacturing or industrial HR experience strongly preferred.
- Comfort supporting plant leadership and hourly employees in a production environment.
- Experience supporting multiple business units or shifts is a plus.
