The Human Resources Manager oversees all aspects of human resources practices and processes and will be responsible for developing recruitment strategies, implementing systems and for managing staff benefits and onboarding new employees.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboardingEnsure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state and federal regulationsDevelop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilitiesCreate a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keeps the strategy up to dateInvestigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolutionEnsure all company HR policies are applies consistentlyMaintain company organization charts and employee directoryMaintain HR systems and processesProvie support and guidance to HR staffManaging and executing the full recruiting life cycleBridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issuesBenefitsBenefits are offered to full time employees who work 30 hours or more a week.
