This is a highly visible leadership role supporting a dynamic manufacturing operation and partnering closely with site leadership to drive business performance, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.We are looking for an experienced HR leader with strong employment law knowledge, executive presence, and the ability to confidently navigate complex employee and business matters.
