Human Resources Manager (Fully Remote)

• Provide HR guidance on complex issues such as accommodations, investigations, and terminations.
• Administer benefits and 401(k) plans, manage open enrollment, and oversee compliance.
• Create and perform training programs, including management training and employee development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or business with at least five years of HR Generalist experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills with proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment when escalating matters.
• Base salary of $95,000–$115,000 plus bonus.
