Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with SW Corp’s mission.
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws.
- Manage HR policies, processes, and the Employee Handbook.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees, including U.S. immigration visa experience as a plus.
- Drive employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Lead training and development initiatives.
- Analyze HR data for informed decision‑making.
- Promote diversity and inclusion.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver HR projects and organizational initiatives.
