Human Resources ManagerSalaried: $60,000- $62,500 (depending on experience) Equivalent to $28.85 - $30.05/hour Shift: Full-TimeChautauqua Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is looking to add an HR Manager to its team. Join us and become part of a team dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of residents every day.RESPONSIBILITIES:Oversee all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, retention, employee relations, benefits administration, payroll, and performance managementLead recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employeesPartner with hiring managers to develop staffing strategies, compensation recommendations, and hiring plansAdminister employee benefit programs, open enrollment, and benefit-related communicationsManage facility payroll processes and conduct audits to ensure compliance with wage and hour laws and collective bargaining agreements when applicableGuide leaders through performance management, disciplinary actions, employee counseling, and terminationsCoordinate employee orientation, training, staff development, and engagement initiativesMaintain confidential employee records and ensure accurate documentation within HR systems and personnel filesAssist with government reporting, compliance audits, payroll audits, and HR-related projectsCollaborate with facility leadership, Regional HR Directors, and the CHRO to support organizational goals and employee successREQUIREMENTS:Minimum education requirement: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources preferredMinimum experience requirement: 3 years of experience in a Human Resources role; 5-7 years of Human Resources experience preferredStrong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and organizational developmentExperience with payroll administration, HRIS systems, and UKG preferredExcellent leadership, coaching, interpersonal, and communication skillsStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionallyProficiency with Microsoft Office, HRIS systems, payroll systems, databases, and ExcelValid NYS Driver's License, reliable transportation, and valid vehicle registration requiredAbility to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environmentBENEFITS:Paid Time Off (PTO) for Full-Time and Part-TimeWeekly or Same-Day Pay OptionsHealth, Dental, and Vision InsuranceLife InsuranceEmployee Referral Bonus ProgramRetirement Saving OptionsQualificationsEducationPreferred: Bachelors or better in Business Administration.Preferred: Bachelors or better in Human Resource Administration.Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
