Talent Strategy PartnerThis position is responsible for strategically partnering with mid-level leaders and their Associates on all aspects of the talent cycle. This partnership is focused on helping the business plan for growth and proactively address barriers that may get in the way of growth while ensuring the team is operating as efficiently and effectively as possible to help address challenges impacting business performance.ResponsibilitiesPartner with mid-level business leaders to identify and address business opportunities that are related to the talent cycle (headcount planning, talent acquisition, individual or team performance, development opportunities, team engagement, compensation needs, etc.)Influence leadership in decision-making processes related to people to support the overall success of the businessCollaborate with HR centers of excellence to identify trends and/or specific business needs that influence strategic HR design and initiative rollout and timingInform / consult with subject matter experts on given topics (e.g. compliance, Associate relations, compensation, talent acquisition, OD, training, etc.)RequirementsDecision Making: Identifying and understanding issues, problems, and opportunities; comparing data from different sources to draw conclusions; using effective approaches for choosing a course of action or developing appropriate solutions; taking action that is consistent with available facts, constraints, and probable consequencesRelationship Building: Demonstrated ability to establish credibility and rapport with all levels of the organizationCommunication: Proficient in clearly conveying information and ideas through a variety of media to individuals or groups in a manner that helps them understand and retain the messageProficient knowledge of adult development, learning, and performance improvement principlesProficient knowledge of U.S.
