Greater Cleveland, Ohio | Relocation Considered
Are you a high-energy, hands-on HR leader who thrives in manufacturing? We’re seeking an experienced HR professional who enjoys being on the plant floor, leading teams, developing talent, and driving business results across a large employee population.
Relocation may be considered for candidates with established ties to Northeast Ohio .
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to align HR initiatives with business and operational goals
- Maintain a visible plant-floor presence and build strong relationships across the workforce
- Lead employee relations, investigations, performance management, and leadership coaching
- Drive recruitment, retention, workforce planning, succession planning, and employee development
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, HR policies, and affirmative action requirements
- Partner with EHS on workplace safety and workers’ compensation matters
- Use workforce metrics to identify opportunities and improve organizational effectiveness
- Explore emerging technologies, including AI, to enhance HR processes and results
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience
- Must have a strong manufacturing background
- Experience supporting large employee populations,
- A hands-on, energetic leadership style with a strong presence on the plant floor
- Proven ability to coach leaders, navigate complex employee relations matters, and deliver results
- Knowledge of employment law, FMLA, compensation, benefits, and workforce planning
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus
