Are you a high-energy, hands-on HR leader who thrives in manufacturing? We’re seeking an experienced HR professional who enjoys being on the plant floor, leading teams, developing talent, and driving business results across a large employee population.

Relocation may be considered for candidates with established ties to Northeast Ohio.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to align HR initiatives with business and operational goals
• Maintain a visible plant-floor presence and build strong relationships across the workforce
• Lead employee relations, investigations, performance management, and leadership coaching
• Drive recruitment, retention, workforce planning, succession planning, and employee development
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, HR policies, and affirmative action requirements
• Partner with EHS on workplace safety and workers’ compensation matters
• Use workforce metrics to identify opportunities and improve organizational effectiveness
• Explore emerging technologies, including AI, to enhance HR processes and results

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience
• Must have a strong manufacturing background
• Experience supporting large employee populations,
• A hands-on, energetic leadership style with a strong presence on the plant floor
• Proven ability to coach leaders, navigate complex employee relations matters, and deliver results
• Knowledge of employment law, FMLA, compensation, benefits, and workforce planning
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus
