Is that you?The Human Resources Intern will support the Human Resources team in delivering high-quality HR services and initiatives that align with organizational objectives. This role offers practical exposure to core HR functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, HR administration, and compliance. The ideal candidate is innovative, professional, organized, detail-oriented, is eager to develop a foundational understanding of Human Resources practices within a corporate environment and has an entrepreneurial spirit. This Internship will be onsite at our Kenosha, WI location for 30 hours per week over the summer and 15 to 20 hours per week during the school year.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with recruitment activities, including job postings, interviewing, candidate scheduling, and applicant trackingProvide administrative support for HR programs, projects, and daily operationsAssist with employee engagement initiatives, training coordination, and internal communicationsPrepare reports, presentations, and HR-related materials as neededEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable employment practicesCollaborate with HR team members on process improvements and departmental initiativesQualificationsCurrently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldStrong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational skills with strong attention to detailAbility to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretionProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPointAbility to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environmentPreferred QualificationsPrevious internship, administrative, or customer service experienceFamiliarity with HR systems or applicant tracking systemsDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environmentEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
