Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, and HR operations. This internship provides hands-on experience in various HR functions and an opportunity to learn HR best practices in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and social media.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Support employee onboarding and documentation processes.
• Assist in preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and HR reports.
• Participate in employee engagement and HR initiatives.
• Help manage attendance, leave records, and HR-related documentation.
• Support HR compliance and policy administration activities.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the HR team.

Required Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals.
• Basic understanding of labor laws and HR compliance.
• Strong attention to detail.
