Human Resources LeaderSara Walker with Robert Half is searching for an experienced Human Resources leader to guide people strategy and daily HR operations for a dynamic, production-driven organization in Dayton, Oregon. This role partners closely with site leadership to support multiple locations, strengthen manager effectiveness, and foster a consistent employee experience across a workforce that expands during seasonal peaks. The ideal candidate brings sound judgment, a practical approach to problem-solving, and the ability to translate business needs into effective HR programs and support.Responsibilities:Lead HR activities across multiple sites, ensuring consistent practices in employee support, policy application, and people management.Provide coaching to supervisors and operational leaders on performance conversations, workplace concerns, disciplinary actions, and team development.Oversee employee relations matters with a balanced, compliant approach that supports both business needs and a respectful work environment.Manage and develop a small HR team, setting priorities and building capability to meet changing workforce demands.Coordinate onboarding and orientation processes to help new hires integrate quickly and successfully into the organization.Support workforce planning for seasonal hiring fluctuations by partnering with leaders on staffing strategies and resource needs.Administer benefits-related processes and respond to employee questions regarding available programs and eligibility.Drive HR initiatives that improve consistency, manager effectiveness, and organizational readiness during periods of change.
