Human Resources (HR) Business Partner

Our client, a growing healthcare organization, is seeking an HR Business Partner to join their team in Oak Brook, Illinois. This role will serve as a key HR resource supporting both hourly and salaried employees across a 750-employee organization.The HR Business Partner will focus heavily on employee relations while partnering with business leaders to support workforce planning, employee engagement, performance management, and broader HR initiatives. This individual must be confident interacting with leadership, capable of navigating a fast-paced environment, and able to mentor junior HR staff. This position will primarily be onsite with an option to be remote 1 day per week.

Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goalsLead and manage employee relations matters, including coaching managers through workplace issues and policy interpretationSupport performance management, employee engagement, and workforce planning effortsUse HR data and insights to identify trends, support retention strategies, and improve organizational effectivenessPartner on HR programs including recruiting, onboarding, compensation, benefits, and change management initiativesProvide mentorship and day-to-day guidance to junior HR team membersBuild strong relationships across the organization and maintain a visible, credible HR presence with leaders and employees
