Kennebec Valley Community Action Program (KVCAP) seeks a Human Resources Generalist to support our mission-driven nonprofit serving central Maine communities. In this role, you’ll administer recruitment, onboarding, and HRIS data, coordinate benefits and leave, and support performance and employee relations. You’ll ensure compliance with employment laws and organizational policies, assist with training and development initiatives, and help advance equity and inclusion across the agency.
