This is an ideal opportunity for an early-career HR professional looking to grow into a strategic HR role within a dynamic, innovation-driven environment.Business Partnership & Employee ExperienceServe as a trusted HR partner to employees and people leaders within the Detroit Automotive HubSupport day-to-day HR needs while helping to enhance the overall employee experienceProvide guidance on HR policies, programs, and practices with a focus on consistency and fairnessAct as a connector between the hub and broader HR partners to ensure seamless support and communication.Talent & Performance EnablementPartner with managers to support performance management, development planning, and ongoing feedback practicesContribute to talent discussions and help identify opportunities for employee growth and capability buildingSupport the execution of key talent processes, including performance cycles and organizational planningEmployee Relations & Workplace CultureAssist in addressing employee relations matters, providing thoughtful, balanced support with guidance from senior HR partnersPromote a respectful, inclusive, and high-performing workplace cultureHelp foster open communication and proactive issue resolutionHR Operations & ComplianceEnsure effective and consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and employment practicesPartner with HR Operations to support onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processesMaintain data accuracy and support reporting and compliance requirementsTalent Acquisition & Workforce SupportCollaborate with Talent Acquisition to support hiring efforts for the Detroit hubParticipate in interview and selection processes as neededSupport workforce planning and organizational changes in partnership with the businessHub Leadership & IntegrationHelp convene and coordinate the Detroit leadership team around local priorities, initiatives, and hub-wide efforts.Serve as a key point of contact for hub-specific needs, rhythms, and engagement opportunities.Coordinate and help lead Bose Social Impact partnerships with local Detroit-area service organizationsPartner with leaders and employees to design and deliver hub culture initiatives that strengthen engagement, belonging, and connection.Translate enterprise-wide engagement and culture strategies into meaningful, locally resonant experiences for Detroit employees.What We ValueBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field4-5 years of relevant HR experience (e.g., HR Coordinator, HR Generalist)Foundational knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and employee relationsStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and credibilityEffective communicator with sound judgment and discretionHighly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-throughInterest in culture-building, community engagement, and hub-based leadership roles.Demonstrated learning agility and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindsetPreferred ExperienceExperience or interest in the automotive or technology-driven environment.Exposure to performance management and employee relations processesFamiliarity with HR systems and data reportingAt Bose, you're inspired to be and do your best and are rewarded for your unique talents!

Our compensation is thoughtfully tailored to your skills, experience, education, and location, and goes beyond base salary. The hiring range for this position in the primary work location of Troy, Michigan is: $79,100-$108,875.
