Human Resources GeneralistMom365, a leading newborn photography organization, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to support employee relations, HR compliance, policy administration, and performance management. This role partners closely with leadership and employees to ensure consistent, legally compliant HR practices across a multi?state workforce.The ideal candidate has strong experience in employee relations, HR investigations, employment law compliance, benefits administration, and performance management, and thrives in a fast?paced, people?focused environment.Human Resources Generalist ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws (including multi?state requirements)Maintain, update, and enforce the employee handbook and HR policiesConduct employee relations investigations, grievances, and corrective action processesPartner with managers on performance improvement plans (PIPs), disciplinary actions, and terminationsSupport performance management and evaluation processesAdminister HR activities related to employee relations, benefits, leaves of absence (FMLA/ADA), morale, and recognitionProvide payroll and employee processing backup support as neededProcess unemployment claims, employment verifications, and disability documentationDevelop and document HR procedures, workflows, and best practicesAssist with HR audits, internal communications, and special projectsRespond promptly and professionally to employee and leadership HR inquiriesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field3+ years of Human Resources Generalist experienceStrong working knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and employee relationsExperience supporting multi?state HR operationsExcellent communication, conflict?resolution, and organizational skillsProven ability to handle confidential information with accuracy and discretionProficiency with Microsoft Office or similar HR systemsPreferred QualificationsSHRM?CP, SHRM?SCP, PHR, or SPHR certificationExperience with multi?state payroll supportKnowledge of wage and hour laws (FLSA)Experience with employee benefits administrationFamiliarity with UKG Payroll and Time & Attendance systemsPrior HR lead or supervisory experienceWork Environment & Physical RequirementsProlonged periods of sitting and working on a computerAbility to lift up to 15 pounds occasionallyAbility to access and navigate all departments at company facilitiesWhy Work at Mom365?Purpose?driven organization celebrating life's most meaningful momentsCollaborative HR team with strong leadership partnershipStable, full?time HR role with long?term growth and flexibility potentialEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
