Location: Roseland, NJ
Schedule: Hybrid | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Salary: $90,000–$105,000
Travel: None required
This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR professional looking for a broad-based HR role with exposure to compliance, benefits, employee support, HR systems, recruiting, onboarding, and process improvement.
What you’ll be doing:
Support HR compliance, policies, and employment-related processes
Assist with benefits and leave administration
Support employee and manager HR inquiries
Manage and maintain HR documentation and HRIS data
Support onboarding, recruiting, and HR operations
Assist with audits, reporting, and process improvements
Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Legal, Finance, and other teams
Help implement technology and AI tools to improve HR processes
What we’re looking for:
3-5 years of HR experience
Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment law, benefits, leave, and employee relations
HRIS experience; Dayforce/AbsenceSoft experience is a plus
Strong xhqgsiq attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally
SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR is a plus
Professional services or law firm experience is preferred, but not required
