📍 Location: Roseland, NJ

🏠 Schedule: Hybrid | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

💰 Salary: $90,000–$105,000

✈️ Travel: None required

This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR professional looking for a broad-based HR role with exposure to compliance, benefits, employee support, HR systems, recruiting, onboarding, and process improvement.

What you’ll be doing:

✔️ Support HR compliance, policies, and employment-related processes

✔️ Assist with benefits and leave administration

✔️ Support employee and manager HR inquiries

✔️ Manage and maintain HR documentation and HRIS data

✔️ Support onboarding, recruiting, and HR operations

✔️ Assist with audits, reporting, and process improvements

✔️ Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Legal, Finance, and other teams

✔️ Help implement technology and AI tools to improve HR processes

What we’re looking for:

🔹 3-5 years of HR experience

🔹 Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment law, benefits, leave, and employee relations

🔹 HRIS experience; Dayforce/AbsenceSoft experience is a plus

🔹 Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

🔹 Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally

🔹 SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR is a plus

🔹 Professional services or law firm experience is preferred, but not required
