Our client is a well-regarded, multi-strategy hedge fund in Manhattan.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and conduct full-cycle onboarding, orientation, and offboarding.
- Benefits administration, will be running benefits in-house.
- Serve as the focal point for all benefits-related matters and inquiries.
- Work with the Head of HR to implement and assist with performance management and employee development reviews.
- Coordinate international immigration and mobility processes, partnering with legal advisors to manage case documentation, timelines, and work authorization requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
- Assist with selection process of the HRIS and payroll system.
What We’re Looking For :
- 4+years of HR experience
- Must have experience with global immigration
- Financial Services experience is a must
- Bachelor's degree is required
The annual base salary range is $110k to $150k. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. xhqgsiq Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of the offer.
