Human Resources GeneralistThe Human Resources Generalist operates within Nammo's U.S. Shared Services organization supporting HR functions across all U.S. legal entities within the Nammo Group.

This role is designed for a motivated HR professional who will serve as the internal subject matter expert for benefits, 401k administration and compliance support. We are a small, effective team seeking a new member who brings a positive attitude and a proactive spirit.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the Company benefit program including general administration; invoice management; assisting sites with issues and utilization of the planProvide guidance to employees on benefit programs and assist with open enrollment activitiesOversee the Disability & FMLA programs serving as the subject matter expert for complex issues and oversightAdminister the Company 401k plan including plan auditsAssist with the administration of the Nammo Internship programPartner with all Nammo sites on policies, procedures, and programsManage and promote the Company Wellness programSupport organizational development initiatives, performance management, training & development and employee engagementProvide leadership and guidance to employees and work closely with the Shared Services HR Director to ensure consistency with the execution of HR policies, programs, and proceduresMaintains compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations and recommend best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain complianceAssist with recruitment across organization including on-boarding activities, as requestedWorking knowledge of workers compensation and OSHA – provide guidance and support to NDS sitesVisit other plant locations to maintain visibility across the USOther essential functions and duties may be assigned as neededSkills & QualificationsRequiredBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Human resources, business or other related field3+ years of Human Resource Generalist experience, preferably in a manufacturing environmentSHRM or PHR certification preferredExperience supporting both manufacturing and office-based workforcesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentEffective communication skills both verbal and non-verbal are extremely important for this roleCompetenciesStrong knowledge of general HR functions and practicesHighly organized and self-directed with the ability to manage multi-entity expectationsProactive mindset that helps support change and process improvementsCollaborative team player who builds productive relationships with internal and external customersHigh professional standards and sound judgment when handling sensitive mattersWorking ConditionsFull-time on-site position, Mesa, AZThis position may require travel on an as-needed basisThis position may require working in diverse settings and conditionsNote: Due to US Export Control laws and regulations, applicants selected for employment must show proof of U.S. Person status before employment may begin.CooperationThis role requires collaboration across internal shared services teams, site-level HR, finance, payroll and L&D professionals across all U.S.
