HR GeneralistJob Profile: JP00048 - Associate Professional, Human Resources Generalists (P1)Position Summary: Support core HR functions including employee relations, recruitment & onboarding, compliance, training & development and benefits & well-being administration. Ensures compliance with policies and provide guidance to team members and supervisors. Oversee facility level programs to support employee engagement.Duties / Responsibilities:Assist with policy interpretation, offer guidance to leaders and team members, and support ongoing compliance trackingSupport employee relations investigations and documentationDeliver training and coach supervisors on performance management and corrective actionsInterview, select and lead onboarding & orientation activities and processesParticipate in the planning and execution of morale-building activities and recognition programsSupport the coordination and facilitation of all facility engagement activities (workshops, surveys, etc)Ensure HRIS data integrity, assist with conducting transactions in Workday and complete compliance related forms and documentsSupport change management efforts and foster a culture of continuous improvement.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree preferred1-3 years of HR experienceWorking knowledge of employment law and HR systemsStrong communication and organizational skillsStrong attention to detail and confidentialityExperience with HR Payroll/ Timekeeping systemsMicrosoft Word and Excel experienceTrustworthy – capable of handling and maintaining highly confidential informationMust be able to communicate effectively and constructively with all levels in the organizationWhy Clayton?Full-time team members have the flexibility to create their own health, dental, and vision benefits package.
