The site HR team will partner with our Operations Leaders and have a significant impact to the facility operations. We're looking for a strategic thinker who will positively influence and partner with employees and managers.Primary ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and implement human resources policies, programs and systems to support the successful attainment of business objectives.Workers compensation administrationCoordinate between injured employees and supervisors for seamless experience with open claimsPartner with Workers Compensation vendor to ensure documentation and records are accurate and aligned with work release requirementsLeadership and Employee SupportPlan and coordinate morale boosters/employee engagement activities for facility employeesServe as a resource to employees related to management, employment, benefit questions and performance managementCoach and influence line management on company policy work rules, as well as applicable federal and state regulations to ensure fair and consistent delivery of human resource services.Contribute to a cooperative, team environment by demonstrating a willingness to perform other job-related activities as needed and/or requestedEmployee RelationsProvide HR guidance and support for Wolf employees related to management, employment, benefits, HR policy/procedure implementation and performance managementMain point of contact for employee questions or concerns and leading through to resolutionProcess and manage authorized leaves FMLA and ADA requestsMaintain accurate and up-to-date employee recordsHold exit interviews and help with employee offboardingConduct other projects as requestedRecruitmentLead full cycle recruitment efforts for hourly positionsLead new hire orientation and onboarding for new employeesAssess candidate skills and abilities during phone screens and on-site interviews.Collaborate with the Human Resources team and hiring managers to improve recruiting processesWe value our employees by providing:Competitive compensation based on skillsIndustry leading health, dental, and vision plansGenerous 401 (K) savings and profit sharingOn-site UW Health clinic, fitness center, and walking pathsEducation assistance and internal training programsElectric vehicle chargingMaternity & paternity leaveThis position requires a pre-employment drug/alcohol test and background check, which will be administered after a conditional job offer is extended.
