Human Resources Generalist

Now Hiring: Human Resources Generalist | Jupiter, FL (Onsite)

I'm currently recruiting for an HR Generalist opportunity with a well-established investment management firm in Jupiter, FL!

This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys taking ownership of a broad range of HR functions, partnering with leadership, and contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Position Details:

• Location: Jupiter, FL (onsite, Monday–Friday)
• Compensation: $85,000–$100,000 base + bonus
• Experience: 5+ years of HR Generalist experience
• Industry: Financial services experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding
• Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations matters
• Administer benefits, leave of absence programs, and HR policies
• Support performance management, compensation, and employee development initiatives
• Coordinate internship programs and employee engagement activities
• Maintain HRIS records and ensure compliance with employment laws
• Partner with leadership on HR initiatives and workplace culture

Ideal Candidate:

We're looking for someone who is personable, adaptable, organized, and comfortable working with employees at all levels of an organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong HR generalist background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.

Experience with Paylocity and HR certifications (PHR, SHRM-CP, etc.) are a plus!
