Hiring: HR Generalist | $80K–$85K
I’m partnering with a manufacturing company seeking an HR Generalist with broad HR experience and hands-on ownership of the full FMLA process .
This role supports recruiting, onboarding, benefits, employee relations, compliance, and leave administration while working closely with the HR Manager and employees across the organization.
What we’re looking for:
• Experience managing FMLA from initial request and eligibility review through documentation, leave tracking, and return-to-work coordination.
• 3+ years of broad HR experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong employee relations, recruiting, and benefits administration skills.
• Someone approachable, organized, and comfortable handling sensitive employee matters.
• ADP Workforce Now experience and PHR or SHRM-CP certification are a plus.
