LHH is seeking an Human Resources Generalist to support a manufacturing client in Kernersville. This role will be onsite M-F 8-5 and will be permanent with full benefits paying $65-80k depending on experience. HR Generalist experience in a manufacturing environment required to be eligible for this role! Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Support employee relations, investigations, performance management, and policy interpretation.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting and onboarding for hourly and salaried positions.
- Administer benefits, leave programs, and workers' compensation processes.
- Maintain HRIS records, employee data, and HR reporting.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and HR best practices.
- Partner with leadership on employee engagement, retention, training, and workforce planning.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of HR Generalist experience.
- Experience in employee relations, recruiting, benefits, and compliance.
- HRIS experience required; ADP Workforce Now is a plus.
- Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and employment law.
- Manufacturing, distribution, or industrial experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree and/or HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
