Human Resources GeneralistChristian Family Solutions is a faith-based, religious organization committed to our mission, healing and helping people in need through the ministry of Jesus Christ. As more and more people seek help with difficult issues, we want to be the counseling and care resource they turn to for hope, healing, and peace.We are seeking a part-time Human Resources Generalist to support daily HR operations and deliver responsive, high-quality service to employees and managers. In partnership with the Director of Human Resources and HR team, this role supports key functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and HRIS administration.This position is based in our Germantown, Wisconsin corporate office and is scheduled for 20–24 hours per week with flexible scheduling. Employees are eligible to participate in our 401(k) plan with employer match, and Paid Time Off (PTO) is available at 24 hours per week.The HR Generalist serves as a trusted resource to staff while helping advance organizational goals and maintaining alignment with our mission.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Support full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and pre-employment checksCoordinate onboarding and orientation to ensure a positive and connected new employee experienceMaintain and update employee records in HRIS (Paylocity), ensuring accuracy and confidentialityAssist with leave administration (FMLA, disability, bereavement, personal leave) as well as the ADA accommodation process in compliance with applicable lawsProvide guidance to managers on HR processes, policies, and performance-related mattersAssist with payroll processing and respond to timekeeping and attendance inquiriesSupport benefits administration, including new hire enrollment and open enrollment activitiesProcess employment verifications and support compliance documentationAssist with workers' compensation claims and return-to-work coordinationContribute to HR projects, reporting, and process improvement initiativesPromote a positive workplace culture through employee engagement and recognition effortsDeliver timely, professional, and service-oriented support to employees and managersRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related fieldMinimum of one year of HR experience across multiple functional areas, preferably in healthcareWorking knowledge of employment laws and HR best practicesExperience with HRIS systems (Paylocity preferred)Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel)Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry, documentation, and compliance-related workExcellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgmentValid driver's license with acceptable driving recordAs a faith-based organization, Christian Family Solutions seeks team members who support and model Christian values in alignment with our mission. Active membership in a WELS, ELS, or confessional Lutheran church is preferred.
